Open House
Brokers Opens
We hold an initial brokers open when the situation calls for it. This
is a catered event typically held during a Tuesday late morning to
early afternoon. We advertise extensively for this and our goal is
to get as many working Realtors and Brokers to come out and preview
the property. A good brokers open will include 50 or more agents.
We use this as an opportunity to kick off the marketing and to network
with agents who may have prospective buyers.
Open Houses
We hold regular open houses when it is appropriate. Our goal with
an open house is to make the property available to those looking on
the weekend. We do this generally when we do not have our own buyers
for our properties.
MLS
All listings go into the multiple listing system (MLS) unless otherwise
specified by our clients. This is the most effective method of providing
access to your property to other licensed real estate professionals.
Only licensed professionals are able to enter a listing via the MLS.
We at JRL Group have the ability to know who and when an agent has
viewed the property and therefore we monitor all activity and follow
up with all agents to encourage offers and to get feedback.
Direct Mail
We often send out direct mailings targeting strategic areas, our clients
and other buyer locations to promote existing properties for sale.
We do this when the situation calls for it, for example, if we are
selling a townhouse, we might send direct mailings to condos in a
10 mile proximity promoting a “time to upsize.”
Flyer
We have flyers located on our signs for drive by prospects and we
also post these in local stores, shops and restaurants when appropriate.
We utilize a service that delivers flyers to every licensed real estate
agent in the Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland metropolitan
areas. We also mail flyers to target areas.
Networking
We network with our buyer clients, our past clients, and other Realtors
to provide you with the highest level service to help sell your property
as quickly as possible, as hassle free as possible, and for the maximum
amount the market will bare!
