Jay,
I couldn’t thank you enough for all of the help you provided us through this process. I know being first time buyers we were very uninformed coming in and we appreciated the time you took to explain things to us, step by step. In addition, being flexible with my ever-changing schedule and the constant use of e-mail as the best way to communicate were key to us finding this house and all being happy with it.
So far, things seem good. We had the terrible rain storm the other night and the sky-lights did not leak (which I was worried about) and the front porch roof seemed ok, but I will need to check that again. The tub does not seem to have been fixed but for now, we can make due. We got moved in and amazingly have too much stuff, I think. We met some neighbors and they all seem really nice and welcoming.
Anyway, thanks again for everything and be assured you will be referred to anyone we know who might need some assistance!
